  • Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct.

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in case of damage.

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening video.

  • In such cases, any payment received will be credited back to your Swarupaa account as a voucher (no expiry).
