Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Swarupaa, every piece is handcrafted with love and carefully checked before dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues may occur. Please take a moment to go through our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
• Since each outfit is made with delicate handwork, size-related exchanges or refunds are also not possible. We recommend ordering one size up for comfort.
• Exchange is accepted only in case of a damaged product, and only if reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear parcel opening video showing the issue.
• For any damage-related concern, please contact us at +91 9886106061 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with the unboxing video.
• In case of a valid claim, we’ll happily send a replacement piece. If the same item is unavailable, you may select another product of your choice.
• Please note: Refunds are not applicable in any case.

Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

• As our products are handcrafted and viewed digitally, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen resolution or lighting.
• These minor differences are not considered defects and are part of the beauty of handcrafted fabrics.

Order Cancellations by Swarupaa

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:
  • Limited stock availability
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Payment or verification issues
• If this happens, we will notify you promptly. Any amount charged will be credited back to you as a voucher, which can be used for future purchases (with no expiry).
• We request customers to kindly accept our decision in such instances.
